A few of Brooke’s go-to quick and easy recipes:
Big mac burger bowl (I use store-bought 1000 Island dressing)
High protein pasta, beef, and spinach bake
Crockpot chicken enchilada casserole
Ground turkey sweet potoato skillet
Creamy Italian Sausage and Zucchini Orzo
Burrito bowls - saute peppers, onions, and dice chicken with taco seasoning. Serve with rice, tortillas, shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa or tomatoes, avocado or guacamole, black beans, etc. for a DIY burrito bar.
